Clutch Masters FX400 6-Puck Ceramic Clutch Kit - Toyota 1JZ / 7M-GTE (R154)

The Clutch Masters FX400 clutch kit is engineered for high-horsepower street and race applications on 1986-1993 Toyota Supra 7M-GTE and 1JZ-GTE models equipped with the R154 5-speed transmission.

It is built using a special 6-puck ceramic sprung disc for long life, outstanding holding capacity and high heat dissipation. SFI Approved for most race applications.

Warning: The Ceramic disc engages very quickly and may chatter slightly upon starting from a stop.

Ceramic-based clutch discs are not intended to increase the life expectancy of a clutch but rather to increase the holding capacity and improve the durability of the clutch. Using a ceramic-based material for easy street driving may reduce the life of the clutch kit due to harsh engagement and higher tendency to slip the clutch kit. Ceramic discs are never recommended for stock or near-stock vehicle applications.
